Please submit your application in your registration system before 30 May 2026.
Generally, only 2 decision-makers from each company are eligible to apply, and a single hotel room with a double bed (for two nights) will be provided.
In order to enhance the matchmaking experience for exhibitors and buyers, please inform us via email at least two weeks before the start of the exhibition (July 1, 2026). Cancellations made after this deadline or failure to attend the onsite matchmaking event without a valid reason will result in being placed on a blacklist, prohibiting application for the hosted buyer program in the following year.
